Pros
Exciting business that keeps growing, endless opportunities to learn. Everyone is busy so no one micromanages you. It is a collegial, open, friendly environment. Most employees work very hard and are passionate about what they do.
Cons
Firm is going through a lot of change, which it needs to, but it is also difficult to have so much happening at once. The back office needs to be updated. Headcount is sometimes too lean. However, it seems senior management understands and is working to make appropriate improvements.
