      Waterfront Toronto is creating great neighbourhoods, and public realm -- projects will change the face of Toronto. High profile organization in Toronto -- gets noted in the press frequently.

      Cons

      A not for profit company -- executives get paid well but that's it. Very upper management and director level heavy.
