Most people don't last more than 2 weeks. No one really spends time explaining how things are done but people are quick to ask for delivery and to criticise if things aren't done properly, everything is urgent, everyone is busy and no one has time to explain things. Most people I've seen working in this company are in constant anxiety and trying to leave if they can. Only the Mavericks or people that came from smaller companies stay because they aren't confident enough to leave. People that come from proper companies realize quite quick about the mistake they made and eventually leave. Expect work calls within your Holiday periods. When people leave, they try not to raise too much awareness about it so it doesn't raise questions to the other peers and partners. One day you see them, the other day they aren't there anymore. Unless you're desperate for a job, I'd consider other companies.
