Most peers are friendly and easy to work with. The position itself is straight forward. Relatively set hours for scheduling.

No room for growth. People working the same positions, with the same salary and responsibilities, for almost 20 years. Initiative is not rewarded, in fact it was discouraged. Office gossip with managers is a norm, in clear view of employees. Certain mangers are very negative and sour.

Moved to an amazing facility a few years ago - the area leaves something to be desired, but the interior is a modern and spectacular open concept office. Respects the history of the company and every little detail was planned. Compensation was fair and benefits over the top generous.

Area/location, seemed to be a cohesive unit (or group of units) but some over-riding fear of speaking up or questioning - not sure why or if still the case.
