      Pros

      Staff is very friendly and warm, albeit superficially so. Church physical environment is nice. Large, gorgeous new building. New childcare area is spacious, well stocked and very pretty.

      Cons

      Employee sign up for shifts difficult due to website which is not user friendly. Surprisingly lacking in sympathy for serious personal issues of employees. Not willing to give needed personal leave. Very self serving, un-Chistian attitude in this area.

      Great benefits Nice staff Lots of time off

      Cons

      Not a good place to work for women or introverts. Can be a toxic culture. Need to be fully on board with everything about the church
