Management is more concerned about keeping contracts than resolving problems. I was let go for "unprofessional behavior" however I was given no indication as to what that behavior was.
Low pay (70k with a CASP, CEH, BSc, and 17 years of experience)
Was promised a substantial raise. Apparently that only translates to 5k when they made it sound like it would be much more.
Was told I would receive a bonus for earning new certifications, the COO then retracted that and said he never said that.
Constantly thrown under the bus by government personnel and management sided with them instead of talking to me about the issues.
Expensive benefits.
