Not much growth after sometime

Nice team in the call centre. Call centre supervisors have the best interests of staff and the community in mind. Working from home, good flexibility for illness or maternity. Opportunity to move to other roles in the organisation

Staff morale is low. Senior management seem to have very little idea of what is going on at ground level, or they do and it isn’t a priority. There are no rewards or benefits for staying at the company long term. Ideas made by staff are not acted upon and the call centre is lacking clear goals and direction. The organisation runs top down which leads to staff frustration and high staff turnover. Pay is low compared to other organisations in the sector.
