Lack of Management - Lineman Waveguide Fiber Employee Review

Management is effective and approachable, coworkers are talented and work hard, excellent environment and company atmosphere

Pay was too low and not right for my experience level. At times, workload was too light and I felt stuck but my surrounding team coworkers were each so busy they couldn't train me to even take over anything to help them. Training was a bit "throw you into the fire" style but works out for most.

All the freedom of working for yourself.

No management. You work by yourself and are expected to know everything.
