      The company provides a brilliant service to clients, consistently outperforming the much larger asset managers. Full of very bright people and the company offers fairly good pay without you having to work dusk-till-dawn.

      Cons

      Company has thus far failed to organically grow the assets under management through inflows and is not investing enough in this area.

      Very corporate since merging with L&C, they went from a very nice small company to treating their employees as nothing more than a number
