- Low Salary, benefits are minimal.
- If you get laid off, which is becoming the culture since last one year. Then you'll not be paid any severance, no health insurance (most companies give 2 months after last date)
- Company Expenses are misused by Human Resources, they have money to plan expensive yatch parties but not to give basic health insurance for 1 month once they lay off employees. My colleague suffered due to this issue even in times of pandemic.
- Unfortunately the company lacks the heart to accept its shortcomings and put a false image to attract young talent.
- There is no organization structure in place, making it possibly the most feeble and laughable org model. It's just a time bomb that can go off any moment.
