Pros
The companies beliefs and operational processes are executed very well from the ground floor up ! They care about associates and make you feel like family. The benefits are great if you were full time or over a year with X amount of hours.
Cons
For me, the nature of the business. Breaks were a bit loose as to when you get them and for how long. There can be a shift with not enough associates to care for the building and customers and follow all the processes.
