In my opinion the leadership team lacks alignment, leading to instability within the company. Business goals feel either unclear, unrealistic, or poorly communicated. Job security feels shaky, as the company heavily depends on ongoing investments due to weak sales performance. It seems to me there is lack of transparency. Unfortunately even if you do live in Huddersfield the chances of this company surviving until Q2 next year are pretty limited Company pretends to be something they are not, they live hand to mouth and are dependant on investment. They have not sold a machine anywhere in the world since October 2023 Of the existing customers they have none of them actively use their machine
