      Unprofessional and unorganized. Management has poor communication skills. HR is known as negative instead of a department employees can go to for help.

      Competitive pay, opportunity for growth

      Cons

      It's either too cold or too hot, it stinks, nonsensical company policies, if you work nights it becomes a part-time job in the for about 6 month out of the year making 30 hrs a week or less.
