      The company is growing in terms of headcount and has a good vision.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is majorly dependant on team leads and the leads are not capable on team handling, Insecurity, Micromanagement, dictatorship, making their own policy and toxic work culture, specially the unprofessional QA lead in Mumbai.
