Pros

We Do Web Content provides clear guidelines and instructions, always pays on time, and you always know what needs to be done and when. Throughout the process, you work with editors, team leaders, and others who empower you to do the best work you can and offer constructive feedback -- positive and occasionally negative -- along the way. Unlike many freelance positions, We Do Web Content makes me feel like an integral part of the team and that the work I do is important.   The leaders of my team are always responsive, whether it is a question, a concern, or a technical issue. As a content writer, I receive my assignments on Friday and have until the following Saturday to submit them. I can reach out to an editor or team leader at any time during the week via email, telephone, Zoom, or other means if there is any problem, and receive a quick response.  There are many opportunities for additional work, and it is steady -- something else others have promised that never came to fruition. The pay is very fair for the work required, and there have been several pay increases during my time here. I have had the opportunity to watch the company grow and expand over the last few years, and am excited to see where we go in the future. If you are a solid writer who is interested in working hard, it is a great place to work.

Cons

While my background was in legal writing, many other writers do not have any type of legal writing experience. There is certainly a learning curve to any type of specialized topic, but their guidelines and training make it as easy as possible to catch on quickly.
