The company looks after many people and they do make sure everyone is well informed about their tasks and needs and the keep in contact through email and by phone and they make sure to answer any questions about your workday or payments and all other quires.
Cons
From what i remember it seems that the company do its best to be in touch and give us a very clear picture of what to expect.
