Grueling schedule to start but gets better

Insurance premiums are very low and insurance was great.

Don't Do It! Low pay, antiquated systems and no one wants to update anything. Leadership is worthless - ignores obvious issues. New hires are leaving within a year once they get in and see how bad it is. Staff is leaving left and right. HR is terrible.
