Pros

Everyone is accessible, all the time. If you need support or resources for a project, the higher ups assign a team to see your project from inception to completion. The customers are great to work with. You can actually see the difference you're making in the lives of others.

Cons

With everyone being accessible all the time, sometimes the expectations for being on call are a little unrealistic. Client relations can sometimes cause a strain because we're expected to fulfill their requests ahead of project completion deadlines.

Pros

Aside from the corporate contests to rally all employees (both contract and permanent associates) the best part about working here is the people you work with. Everyone is encouraged to be their own person and you're able to interact with your clients and customers on a genuine level. No one here is wearing a mask.

Cons

There aren't any downsides that come to mind. Sometimes technology gets in the way, but what can you expect as a contract employee? I hear that some long-term contract employees are given hardware allowances. But I haven't been able to confirm it.
