Pros

Work life balance is amazing when working remotely. Paid vacation and holidays. Amazing coworkers. Benefits are offered.

Cons

Job security was always an issue. Every video call put everyone on edge. The hiring would either be too much or not enough, then suddenly people would be let go one after another and it kept everyone on edge to the point is was almost a relief to finally get the call. No way for admin to make more money. The pay is capped. I like to have a goal of proving myself deserving of something.

Pros

I've been with Wescope for almost two years now, and I can confidently say that if you're willing to put in the effort, the company will reward you. Since I started, I've consistently earned my bonus each month, and as long as you stay on top of your work, you'll have no issues. If you have experience in this industry, you know the importance of meeting deadlines—getting estimates uploaded quickly is key, and management's goal is to deliver to clients on time. Wescope is a great fit for goal-oriented individuals, and if you're a high achiever, you'll thrive here. It's a fast-paced, rewarding environment where hard work is recognized and incentivized!

Cons

If your aren’t goal oriented this is not for you

Pros

I love all the people I work with. The sketching job is definitely in my comfort zone. Work/life balance is great. I really enjoy working remotely.

Cons

No bonuses or raises as I was lead to believe by then person that recruited me. In the beginning I was give a 250 stipend that I used to upgrade my ubternet to fiber optic in order to be a more effective employee. But, when the company grew and offered health care benefits, I declined because I already have great insurance from my husband's employer. My stipend was taken away, so I get paid less overall after 2 years employment with wescope. But, the price if everything I have to pay including internet, electricity, and all other daily needs, have risen exponentially. I have requested a review and pay raise after the first year, and have heard nothing. I am going to request a review and pay raise again today. Crossing fingers!
