Pros

- wevillage is always hiring because everyone’s always quitting because of management .

Cons

- management is unorganized and clearly doesn’t know what their doing - low staff - low pay - children ratio and teacher ratio was always a problem - employees do not last more than 2 months - everyone quits - the owner / ceo is extremely rude & cheap - over works you - your more of a maid than a teacher because the owner cares more about the appearance of the school than the kids so you’ll have to clean more than you actually teach

Pros

Perfect environment for your child to grow and be nurtured one-on-one. Absolutely fantastic preschool!!! From day 1, this preschool has gone above and beyond to deliver the most exceptional experiences for each and every child there!!! They have truly set the bar so high!! The other staff and teachers are phenomenal! Your child will have the best preschool experience here.

Cons

Nada, I cannot find any fault.

Pros

The kids, their families, and the teachers.

Cons

Everything else. You name it. The pay is terrible. There are no benefits (no holiday pay which Karen won’t tell you until you’re hired), no health insurance. No parking. So, show up 15 minutes early to find it and good luck. And that’s surface level. Internally, the CEO (who is also, somehow, the director though she offers no support or stability), is outrageously mean, blames you for everything, and tries to turn the teachers against each other. Licensing came more than 5 times during my time there and after every single visit, she’s corner me and ask me if I reported on her, what I said when they spoke to me, and tried to gaslight me into believing licensing is the enemy and that they’re a joke. Out of ratio constantly and when you tell her that, even if she’s aware, she won’t hire a sub or assist in the room (and if she does come in the room, all she does is take videos of the kids for social media, doesn’t actually help). She cuts hours haphazardly, never guaranteeing you the hours you ask for. She has no sense of boundaries or respect for her staff even though her teachers are the reason why parents come by and are even slightly comfortable with leaving their kids there. Simply, it’s the most toxic environment I have ever worked in and I wish I’d known before I accepted my position (which she didn’t even interview me for—just hired me on the spot because she was short staffed).
