The experience I have had at Wealth Cap thus far has been great. The team of people I work with daily has been incredibly supportive and helpful on this new journey.

At this point in my time with them it is hard to truly notice any flaws.
They pay a base when you eventually find out you have to scour for leads and build your own pipeline as if you were starting your own business without any marketing.
Cons
- They don’t provide any leads to call except for a cold calling list.
- They give you roughy 2 weeks to get a deal or else you’re fired
- They lack fundamental business processes that are required in wholesaling RE besides having a marketing campaign.
