I hope the owner knows what he's doing - Content Producer Weather Group Employee Review

Owner appears to have taken on too much debt. He's now laying off critical people. From where I stand, I do not see where he's going with this... I don't think he has a plan. Also, pay has been comparatively low compared to other employers, and company overly relies on freelancers instead of hiring staff.
