-Pay is very low -Communication is actively discouraged between departments so a lot of miscommunication and inefficiency occurs which adds up and wastes time. Managers do not actively communicate with each other so a lot of contradicting instructions are given which is confusing especially in times of busy periods -Micromanaging is the norm -Equipment can be substandard and systems used are outdated -There is a difference in quality of training for staff members across the board. This essentially creates inconsistencies and generates a lot of waste, in time and money
