When I worked there we had constant turn over, sales people leaving, getting fired. I would say an abnormal amount, very few sales people stay over a year. The sales quota was also very confusing and in my opinion not right. I was passing my goals but making far below the OTE because of the way they structured quota, this was a reason for a lot of turnover. The VP of sales is also the owners son and a fresh college graduate…. There are also not many new leads coming in and a high call volume- calling the same people multiple times a week. would not recommend in my opinion.
