You will start loosing your personal if you started working here.There in one manager of network team who always interfair in employees personal life.He is only BA passout with few network certifications but he feel like he is the king of network.He is doing any changes in core network without prior informing to team or customer and creates big outages and then revert the same changes to fix the outage so other managers feels like he is really talented guy.He will give more pressure to you, blackmail to get work done.You will really get started frustraion after some time. If you take your voice against him a big politics starts against you.All senior guys from other team supporting him.He dont deserve the manager position as he dont have single quality of good manager.I would suggest him to do ITIL foundation to understand basics of IT process,how to implement standard chnages/emergency chanages .The whole network team was good when I was working with this company only the team representative is worst.If he is not there then company is good for freshers to start their career. If you dont understand and you asked him how you resolve issue his simple ans is revert the changes/port bounce/clear arp. The best skill that manager have is only fooling customers From 9.5 working hrs he spends 6 hrs in online shopping and on credit card marketing calls
