Pros
you'll get A+ training here and learn quickly if you are up for it. the agency has been on a strong growth pace so there are always new projects and responsibilities to take on. the bootcamp is helpful and you'll get hands on training there but you quickly can start to help out on client projects which i thought was really helpful instead of sitting on the sidelines for a long time like the last agency job i had. the overall culture and environment is pretty solid, 99% of the people you meet will be super nice. the pay is normal for the area and you get some bonus opportunities which helps. not one of the agencies that is a pressure cooker or demands you work long hours...some of the reviews on here that say that haven't actually been in a services firm that is a true pressure cooker. webfx certainly isn't that, it's one of the lower stress environments i've worked in.
Cons
more direct feedback could be given on work and peer performance. try to keep the high standards in everything that we do. more private spaces for meetings. change up the snacks and offer more drink options outside of coffee. more PTO.
