Pros

- Diversity at its finest! <3 - 15 Days of Regular Holiday - 10 Paid sick leave - 3 Paid Personal Days. - No one was laid-off bc of covid-19. - Good and skilled the employees were promoted even during the Pandemic. - Had two promotions in two years! ++++ Salary is well above the Market rates! - Company Supports Mental health and the Growth of their employees! - Everyone is willing to help whenever needed! - Pizza Days, free coffe tea etc, Happy Fridays!, No meetings Friday!, Long term incentive Plan, Good Health Insurance, Employer Group RSP plan, Quarterly events/parties (even online during the Pandemic). - Great Managers (Konrad, Eduardo , Mathieu, Tomasz, Radu, Dennis, etc).

Cons

- Like any other SAAS company, there is always a room to improve our features and look for a growth potential!

Pros

eCommerce is an interesting space. If you learn it well, there is potential to make a long term career out of your knowledge base.

Cons

During my short time with the company, I worked as an "independent contractor" out of their Roseville, US location. I had two managers who participated in sexually explicit conversations, created office gossip and verbally harassed other employees. It was clear that management had little to no experience or guidance. Targets were unclear and extensive training was of no use.
