Pros
Pleasant environment, very smart co-workers that treat each other with respect. Nice office in a great location. Good pay and benefits.
Cons
Priorities change at the drop of a hat and are sometimes unclear, which can be frustrating. Fast pace can get overwhelming when it seems like there's not a light at the end of the tunnel.
