      I couldn't say anything good about leadership because no one made an effort to help us.

      Cons

      Being the newest member of the team, I was constantly monitored and picked on by the manager. It felt terribly uncomfortable with prying eyes on the entire time and also ridiculous when I think about it.

      Pros

      The managers pretend to listen to the employees, but we all know they don't do anything.

      Cons

      I've been with this horrible company for a while now, and it never got any better. Employees never get any significant increase, and advancement opportunities rarely come by. And you can thank the careless and effortless management for that. The managers also pretend to listen to employee feedback, but they don't really do anything.
