Pros
If you're just starting your career in SEO, this may serve as a stepping stone. The expectations and oversight are minimal, largely because leadership lacks the expertise to effectively evaluate the quality of the work being done.
Cons
A truly terrible experience. Employees are constantly pressured to sell products and services that often don't seem to be in clients' best interests, while spending significant time reporting on irrelevant metrics simply to justify the fees clients are paying. Meanwhile, leadership appears completely disconnected from the realities of the business. The turnover alone speaks volumes: within a two-month span last year, three employees quit and one was abruptly fired—more than half of the entire SEO team. Much of this stemmed from new leadership that operated with an iron fist despite lacking a clear understanding of the work or the department they were managing. If you're considering joining this company, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
