      Close to really good Chinese food

      Cons

      Founder had mental disorder and would show in the workplace. Was arrested and bragged about it the next day. Favoritism and racism was rampant. Encouraged to treat junior employees poorly. Loads of unprofessional language used in everyday conflicts.

      The only pros at this job is the team members you work with. They know their stuff.

      Cons

      Owner has no business running a company. Sales are his only role/job and he can't do it or even sustain it.
