Pros
WRG has an excellent reputation and is continuing to expand their hospitality operations for many reasons. While each establishment is unique, the standout similarity between all of them is the attention to detail and that every item in the building - from the ingredients in the kitchen, fabric on the chairs, the menu paper, china, staff uniforms, bathroom amenities, crystal glassware, literally every tangible item - is of the finest quality and craftsmanship.
Cons
While there are a few solid managers who have been with the company for years, WRG has trouble finding and keeping quality managers with the high caliber restaurant experience that is needed . There is also virtually no diversity amongst the upper management team and a spotty history regarding racism amongst the staff.
