Webbers is a firm that attracts great deals, great lawyers and is well known in the market. Colleagues are typically friendly and helpful, the tech offering is great, the offices are beautiful and depending on your team you can build a great career there.
Cons
The partners at WW are not held to nearly enough account - if you’re profitable, you can get away with a lot. If you’re incompetent but bring in work through referrals, your incompetence is ignored and that’s deeply demoralising to juniors. The bonus structure seems to be designed to give away as little as possible.
