The work culture at this company is outright terrible. The interview process is a complete mess—unprofessional and disorganized—conducted by interviewers who lack even the basic skills to assess candidates properly or provide meaningful feedback. There is no structured process, no transparency, and no professionalism whatsoever. Growth here is nonexistent. The so-called senior management has no clue about the roles they’re hiring for—whether it’s analytics, people management, or anything else. They are utterly incompetent, offering no increments, no recognition for performance, and zero respect for employees' opinions. To make things worse, people in high-ranking positions, like Operations Directors, are completely unqualified and have no relevant experience. They have no understanding of their responsibilities and rely on YouTube videos to make decisions—without even grasping the fact that every organization differs in services, workforce, and culture. This is hands down the worst workplace imaginable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not even for a temporary stint.
