Pros
Everything is great with the company, now that it is merged with KFin technologies, we get plenty of opportunities to work and learn. I personally learned a lot myself in this company.
Cons
But the work-life balance. Everyone here is worried about their own impression, no one cares about a developer's work-life balance. I wish I could say there were times that I worked till 2-3 a.m. in the night but here that's a norm.
