I loved my boss. He was excellent in sales, he taught me so much, and always had an open door policy for any suggestions or concerns I had. We had excellent benefits, and a super fun work environment. I was given the chance to work from home during my last year, which was fantastic. I was sorry to have to leave.
Cons
It was irritating that our selling rules changed every other week for the most of my tenure but I guess it's like that in a lot of places.
Great money and almost impossible to get fired, they keep moving you to different positions if you aren't hitting goals, when I started it was very family oriented grass roots and great but over the years it became very corporate America.
Cons
They are a very immature company. Hire only people under 25 then give them management positions which they are not suited for. Management plays favorites. If you take any of your accrued vacation days earned you are looked down on. They will work you 50-60 hours a week which at first is nice to have over time but then after doing it for some time is expected and if you want to dump a shift you get penalties. Lots of immature gossiping and politics.
