Pros

The people that Kirt hires are always great, but you spend your time consoling one another over how miserable working for Kirt Webster is. The only other plus is being in the music industry but I'm not sure it outweighs the way you will be treated.

Cons

Kirts is an extremely unhappy person who balances that unhappiness by intentionally making others around him unhappy. This was the single most uncomfortable work environment I have experienced yet to date and hopefully for the rest of my career. While Kirt under pays his staff by and extreme amount which considering most are just a year or two out of college I understand the work hard first requirement, however, the verbal abuse and the emotional roller coaster that is Webster PR makes the pay feel like pennies on the dollar. It is hard to tell whether Kirt simply loves the drama or if there is some underlying personality issue. One minute he is praising you in front of everyone and then ten minutes later he is telling you that he is going to fire you for coffee being too hot. Harassment is a word i will use for you to consider before taking a job here. About 6 publicist were hired when I was and we all left under a year almost exactly the same time. Everyone is happy now and keeps up for the most part.
