Pros
The owner of the company is great to work for and is extremely generous with his time when you have questions or concerns. He assigns more responsibility over time and encourages independence.
Cons
The only con when working as a subcontractor for Webstream Dynamics is the fluctuating workload. It is always either feast or famine.
