•You will be expected to knock on 190+ doors per shift. Every single door is tracked and your stats are monitored closely. If you take too long at any door they send a message to you and the supervisor comes to check on you.
• If you don't generate enough leads you will be pressured harder. When numbers are low, management blames you. not the territory, not the weather, not the conditions.
• During tech season you service 35 to 40 lawns daily.
• You're still expected to door knock at least 30 doors and make sales otherwise You wont be let back to the office.
•You report in detail every lawn you do, every customer you talk to, and you have to take pictures of every lawn you service. You're tracked by GPS and get questioned if not in the area.
•When done with each lawn, you knock on the customer door and you're expected to up-sell any customer that has already paid.
