Don't Train You Properly For The Position Retention Team Isn't ACTUALLY A Retention Team Because That Would Mean We Worked To KEEP Customers That Wanted To Cancel When In Actuality Our Job 99% Of The Time Was Sales & Every Once In A While We Would Be Stuck Calling Customers Who ALREADY Cancelled And Beg Them To Give Us Another Chance - Nothing About The Job Was Retention Related Easy To Be Let Go Of If You Don't Catch On Even Though They Set You Up To Fail With Terrible Training Very LOW Commision (2-4%) & If Customer Cancels Services After Commision Is Paid For ANY Reason They Take It Back From You Which Is RIDICULOUS Very Two-Faced Management. Smiles To Your Face & Then Talks About You Like High School Children When Your Not Around Position Was ADVERTISED & PRESENTED During The Interview As Mainly Customer Service Related However It Is Actually A Sales Position Management Will Praise Someone One Day & Fire Them Or Demote Them The Next I Could Go On & On...
