      I've never experienced an employer that offers this much flexibility, autonomy, and genuine care for its employees. Leadership actually listens, and wants to give the team what matters to them.

      Pros

      Wegner CPA's is truly the best place I have ever worked. The people-first mentality starts at the top with leadership making ethical, good decisions every day. The flexible and remote work environment has made my life so much better.

      Cons

      No bonus plans for staff, but they do offer discretionary bonuses each year.
