Pros
Plenty of truly talented and likable people work here who regularly go above and beyond to contribute to a product, brand and team that they strongly believe in. WFH culture is well executed, and company objectives and strategy are also generally transparent.
Cons
There’s a huge disconnect between the CEO’s/Board’s thinking, action at C-level, and the reality of most employees. Leadership fumbles from one poorly managed decision to the next, spending much of their time trying to recoup losses. A prime example of this is the global restructuring, which leadership has carried out about as poorly as can be done, prolonging the pain and inefficiency for the entire company. Recent management hires have impressive technical track records, but also poor/non-existent interpersonal skills and low empathy for the customer and the team. They have thus often been unable to make any kind of positive internal impact. The current business trajectory is not good, and most staff are highly demotivated and skeptical of management as they live from one layoff round to the next.
