Pros
Loved the work I was doing and my co-workers. Really enjoyed working in the oil & gas industry and would have loved to have stayed. Pay was pretty good until company was purchased by Weir.
Cons
Another story of a large corporation that doesn't care about their employees. Company was purchased from overseas and they knew nothing about the wellhead business and company spiraled down quickly. Employees were never shown any appreciation whatsoever. No pay raises or bonuses in 3 years. Bad management.
