      Good Working Environment Flexible Work Hours Salary won't be delayed unless you work via a third party contract.

      Cons

      As a Graphic Designer you have to be sure why you would join the company as they require a lot of PPTs and many of the designers don't do PPT designs so be sure to ask in detail about it.
