Very mismanaged for a Bay Street firm - Legal Assistant WeirFoulds Employee Review

Close to union, nice view, good benefits, somewhat laid back culture for Bay Street

Most support staff that have been there for over 5 years have nothing good to say about this place. Most are overworked and underpaid. There is a lot of turn over for assistants and associates. Anyone who is a lifer has just accepted their fate that things will never change.

It is really based on who you work with, i know my experience is not the same as others, so i cant really say if it is accurate or not. You are also considered not an important person if you are support staff unfortunately, so your input really doesnt matter, very much a tiered system.
