Pros
Some good associates. Sadly most are getting abused and would be much happier and utilized better elsewhere. Can not think of anything else.
Cons
Senior leadership is terrible. Only care about themselves and are incredibly fake. Only goal is to cut labor to the point where there is one associate in each department. Advancement is based on favoritism and politics not experience and performance. Average pay for most positions is well below industry standard.
