Managers seem to maintain reasonable scheduling flexibility when meeting needs of associates, stores are clean and pleasant to work at. Store management is hands-on and actively participate at all levels to keep the store clean and customers satisfied and happy.
Cons
pay, management oversight during slow hours, lousey insurance for part time combined with lack of availability of full time, many employees work 32 - 36 hours keeping them as a part time employee
