Pros
The pharmacy is almost always a tight knit group. They'll have your back as long as you have theirs. And between the phone calls, the customers, and deciphering doctor handwriting, the work is rarely boring.
Cons
Pharmacy management has no idea what actually goes on in the pharmacy. Unrealistic quotas for administering vaccinations and processing prescriptions (especially when continuously cutting down hours of the technicians, leaving the pharmacists to handle the entire pharmacy by themselves.)
