      The company is fair and family oriented. Willing to work with your schedule. Pay is average with room to grow.

      Cons

      Having the dept leaders and store managers work more than one evening a week seems a little unfair.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
