They’re some of the lowest paying as far as grocery stores go. The deli bakery area is generally pretty chaotic and they want to use you to fill in for all areas. They recently started an institute cake program and want regular associates to have to decorate cakes without ponying up the money for a cake decorator. They’re Fresh Item Management program doesn’t account for shrink in the bakery and is a total time sucker and not helpful at all.
